BOTOX®

Botulinum Toxin can be used to soften lines of expression such as crow's feet, frown lines and forehead lines. It can also relieve migraines and tension headaches and excessive sweating of the armpits. A minute quantity is injected into the muscles that cause lines. Discomfort is minimal and you can usually see results in 3 to 14 days.

Our Aesthetic Nurses have 17 years of Aesthetic experience between them and with advanced techniques can also treat around the jaw, neck and chest lines.

Only an experienced injector can make sure that the correct amount is injected in precisely the right places. In this way the desired result with a natural look can be achieved.

In March 2006 the most commonly used Botulinum Toxin known as Botox® was licensed. The granting of this license brought with it a change of name, Vistabel.

HOW IT WORKS
The injection of Botulinum Toxin temporarily prevents nerve signals from reaching the muscle and, as a result the muscle relaxes. As the muscle relaxes, the skin smoothes out.
